Scott O’Hare is a scientist and specialist in strategic systems for the defense, communication and financial services sectors. He applies insight and experience to create new solutions, and possesses the technical expertise for implementation and deployment of same. he has been a principal architect and developer for organizations as diverse as the Departments of Defense and Energy, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Cablevision Systems Corporation, and Northrop-Grumman Information Systems.
